2. License Granted

Upon purchase and payment in full, the Seller grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable Personal Use License to:

To enquire about a Commercial License, please contact the Seller via the marketplace where you made your purchase, or via the contact information provided at the end of this document.

5. Intellectual Property

The Product, including all text, structure, layout, design, clinical frameworks, and formatting, remains the intellectual property of the Seller. Purchase of the Product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the Buyer.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the remaining provisions.
